By default, hashtags added by member when sharing a post on shaunSocial will not approve auto. Admin need to review and approve it first then other members can use it.
You can enable auto approve the newly added hashtag by going to admincp -> System Settings -> General configuration -> General settings -> Auto approve new hashtag
