In shaun, we have Three types of Admin.
Root user: is the super admin who have ID = 1. This is the admin account that you setup when installing the software. This admin have full permissions.
Super admin: Is the user who is assigned as super admin role by root account.
Moderator (admin): is the user who is assigned to the role that has Moderator permission
