The pin post feature allows users to highlight important content at the top of their homepage or profile. This ensures key messages, announcements, or updates remain easily visible to all visitors. It is a valuable tool for prioritizing information and improving content accessibility.
PIN A POST AT HOME PAGE
Only site administrators have the permission to pin posts to home page.
#1. Locate the Post You Want to Pin
Go to the post you want to highlight on home page .
#2. Click the Options Menu (⋯)
Tap the three-dot menu icon at the top-right corner of the post.
#3. Select “Pin to home page”
From the dropdown menu, choose “Pin to home page“.
This will move the selected post to the top of your home page.
#4. Your post is now pinned with the label “Pinned Post” and will remain at the top of home page until you unpin it.
Repeat step 1, step 2 and select “Unpin from home page” to unpin this post.
PIN A POST AT PROFILE PAGE
Only post owners have the permission to pin posts to their profile page.
#1. Locate the Post You Want to Pin
Go to the post you want to highlight on your profile page .
#2. Click the Options Menu (⋯)
Tap the three-dot menu icon at the top-right corner of the post.
#3. Select “Pin to home page”
From the dropdown menu, choose “Pin to my profile“.
This will move the selected post to the top of your home page.
#4. Your post is now pinned with the label “Pinned Post” and will remain at the top of your profile page until you unpin it.
Repeat step 1, step 2 and select “Unpin from my profile” to unpin this post.
