Only owner of the group can transfer it to new owner. To start transferring please follow the below steps
Go to the group what you’re owner -> Select “manage”
Then click on “Manage Members” tab and hit on “Transfer”
Enter your password to security check and then enter name of user who you want to tranfer
Selected member will get a notification and then become a new owner. The old owner will because member of the group.
