In group, if owner or admin of the group want to make a new announcement that all member need to know. He can create a post then pin it. Whenever a post in group is pinned, all members of the group will got a notification.
Go to a post that you want to pin, click on “..” button and select “Pin post”
The post then will show on top of the group’s timeline like below screenshot
All group members will get a notification
Member can disable this notification from group by clicking on “bell” icon in group detailed page to open the notification setting popup
